WNCSC founder, Bigley is instrumental in the growth and implementation of the Center's vision, programming and fundraising.

​

Bigley holds an MFA in Sculptural Dimensional Studies from Alfred University in Alfred, N.Y. He has 10 years of university and college professorship experience and his work has been exhibited across the United States and internationally.
